Similar to Tai-Chi, Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. This is a free class for the community, with no booking required, contact us for more info.

Free to join, just drop in, all women welcome. Different activities every week such as health and wellbeing workshops, tai-chi, meditation, music, poetry, inspiring and motivational speakers and more. Always tea/coffee and cake!
