10:00am - 11:00am   Yoga with Varrie  Search Yoga with Varrie on Facebook for more info and to book. All yoga/fitness classes take place in the Killie Browser.

12:30 – 1:30pm   Lunch Club (FREE) Join us for a bowl of soup, a chat and find out more about our other activities. Tower Room. 

17:30pm - 6:30pm   Running Group (FREE) Suitable for beginners, meets every week in Kay Park [Car park at the pond side]  Contact lyetton@ksrht.org.


12:00noon – 1:30pm   Station Creations Arts and Crafts Workshops (FREE)   Join in some arts and crafts in a friendly environment, different themes and techniques explored each week. Ask in the coffee shop for more information and to take a copy of their calendar of activities. [Takes place in the Killie Browser]

12:30pm - 1:30pm   Computing/I.T support workshops - Do you struggle with using the internet/email/social media or other aspects of computers/tablets/smart phones? Would you like to access some help from an expert in a relaxed group environment? Come along to these weekly workshops and improve your confidence and skills. [Takes place in the Tower Room, Creative Spaces] Please call to book in. (FREE)

7:15pm - 8:15pm   Yoga with Varrie, Evening Vinyasa Flow, booking required, see Yoga with Varrie on Facebook.


11:00 - 12:30pm (approx.)  Led Bike Ride - Leaving from the station car park, suitable for beginners, electric enabled bikes for hire for £3, free for Moving On participants, or bring your own. Get in touch first to book your bike.

5:00pm - 6:00pm   Poetry for Mental Health (Starting 1st August 2018) 

How can poems improve our mental health, help us say what we struggle to say, what themes do we see? Also have a go at writing your own. Led by poet Caroline Johnstone, suggested donation £3, free for Moving On. For more info, contact caroline@daretobehappier.com or  0770941880.

5:00pm – 6:00pm   Qi Gong (FREE)

Similar to Tai-Chi, Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. This is a free class for the community, with no booking required, contact us for more info.


1:00pm - 2:30pm   Women's Group (FREE)

Free to join, just drop in, all women welcome.  Different activities every week such as health and well-being workshops, tai-chi, meditation, music, poetry, inspiring and motivational speakers and more. Always tea/coffee and cake! [Find us in the Tower Room]
